dr. Josiah Irma, Sp.M, is an ophthalmologist with experience in clinical ophthalmology and eye surgery. He completed his medical degree at Universitas Pelita Harapan and later pursued his ophthalmology specialization at Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung. In addition, he obtained a postgraduate degree in Hospital Administration from Universitas Indonesia.

He is currently part of the medical team at Mayapada Eye Centre, where he provides comprehensive eye care services in line with established medical standards.

To strengthen his competence, dr. Josiah actively participates in various training programs and fellowships at both national and international levels. He has completed a Fellowship in Reconstruction, Oculoplasty, and Ocular Oncology at the National Ophthalmology Centre, Cicendo Eye Hospital. He also completed a Phacoemulsification Fellowship with INASCRS. Furthermore, he regularly attends global scientific forums, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and Asia-Pacific meetings, to ensure his practice remains aligned with the latest advancements in ophthalmology.

Beyond clinical practice, dr. Josiah also contributes to academia as a lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH). He is also an active member of several professional organizations, including PERDAMI, INASCRS, INASOPRS, APACRS, and APOTS.
