dr. Ikhwanuliman Putera, Sp.M, Ph.D is an ophthalmologist with an international academic and research background in the field of ophthalmology. He completed his medical degree at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia in 2015, and later pursued his ophthalmology residency at the same institution, graduating with cum laude honors in 2022.

To further deepen his expertise, dr. Ikhwanuliman Putera continued his doctoral studies (Ph.D) in Ophthalmology – Immunology at Erasmus University Medical Center, Rotterdam, the Netherlands, where he graduated cum laude in 2025. He is currently undertaking a Fellowship in Ocular Infection and Immunology at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. During his training, he has also actively participated in clinical observerships and advanced training programs focusing on uveitis, ocular immunology, and biomedical research, particularly in inflammatory and infectious eye diseases.

In addition to his clinical practice, dr. Ikhwanuliman Putera has a strong interest in scientific research. He has published several studies in reputable international ophthalmology journals and has presented his research at various international scientific congresses, including the Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology Congress and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO).

With a combination of clinical experience, international education, and active contributions to ophthalmology research, dr. Ikhwanuliman Putera is recognized as an ophthalmologist with strong expertise in the management of eye diseases, particularly in the fields of uveitis and inflammatory eye disorders.
