dr. Claudia Hartomuljono, Sp.M is an ophthalmologist with a special interest in Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
She earned her medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, Jakarta, in 2012. She later completed her ophthalmology residency at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia – RSCM Kirana, Jakarta, and graduated in 2022.
Subsequently, in 2024, dr. Claudia completed a Fellowship in Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery at RSCM Kirana, Jakarta. Through this advanced training, she strengthened her expertise in oculoplastic conditions, eyelid reconstruction, and disorders affecting the tissues around the eyes.
In addition, she is committed to continuous professional development. Therefore, she regularly participates in scientific meetings, workshops, and specialized ophthalmology training programs. For example, in 2025, she attended the APSOPRS Masterclass in Oculofacial Aesthetics Workshop in Singapore. Moreover, she participated in the 6th Annual Meeting of INASOPRS and the Innovation in Ocular Prosthesis Workshop.
Throughout her career, dr. Claudia has attended numerous national and international ophthalmology conferences. These include the Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology Congress, the Asia-Pacific Ophthalmic Trauma Society Meeting, and the Annual Scientific Meeting of PERDAMI. As a result, she continues to stay updated with the latest developments in ophthalmic care.
Furthermore, her involvement in these events reflects her dedication to staying current with advances in ophthalmic science and technology.
Currently, she practices as an ophthalmologist with a focus on oculoplastic and reconstructive procedures. Her expertise includes Functional and Cosmetic Eyelid Surgery, Eyelid Tumor Reconstruction, Blepharoplasty and Eye Rejuvenation, Aesthetic Periocular Procedures, and Lacrimal and Orbital Surgery.
With extensive training in oculoplastic surgery, dr. Claudia is committed to preserving both function and appearance in the periocular region. In addition, she provides comprehensive care for conditions affecting the eyelids, tear drainage system, and orbital structures. Furthermore, she offers reconstructive and aesthetic solutions tailored to each patient’s needs.
Beyond her clinical practice, dr. Claudia is actively involved in several professional organizations. These include the Indonesian Ophthalmologists Association (PERDAMI), the Indonesian Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (INASOPRS), the Asia-Pacific Ophthalmic Trauma Society (APOTS), and the Asia Pacific Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (APSOPRS).
