dr. Made Indra Widyanatha, Sp.M, FICS is an Indonesian ophthalmologist with a focus on vitreoretina.
He completed the IOFF Vitreoretina Fellowship at Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich, from 2024 to 2025. In addition, he has undertaken various advanced training programs in vitreoretina and phacoemulsification.
He earned his ophthalmology specialist degree from Universitas Padjadjaran in 2018. Prior to that, he obtained his medical degree from Universitas Trisakti in 2011.
He currently serves patients at Mayapada Eye Centre. His practice focuses on vitreoretinal diseases and ocular trauma. Early in his career, he worked in medical and emergency services. This experience strengthened his clinical foundation before he pursued subspecialty training in vitreoretina.
He has also contributed to an ophthalmology reference book published in 2020. His research has been presented at international forums, including the Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology in Hong Kong.
At the national level, he is active as a speaker in medical seminars. His topics include refractive disorders and diabetic retinopathy. He also discusses vitreoretinal surgery, ocular trauma, and postoperative complications.
